Compucore Shipping Policy
1. Introduction
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping of products purchased from Compucore within Western Australia. Our goal is to ensure timely and efficient delivery while complying with Australian Consumer Law and local regulations.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship products to all regions within Australia. For inquiries about international shipping please contact our customer support team.
3. Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will not commence processing until the next business day.
- Public holidays in Western Australia may impact processing times.
4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days. Note these shipping estimates are provided by the Compucore postal carrier and are estimates only.
- Remote Areas: Shipping to remote or rural locations in WA may take an additional 2-3 business days.
5. Shipping Fees
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your planned purchases.
- Some larger items such as servers, rack-mounted switches and PC’s will require direct contact to be made with the Compucore team to discuss shipping costs before purchase can be processed.
- Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping charges unless otherwise stated in promotions.
6. Delivery Terms and Conditions
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Compucore is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
7. Tracking and Notifications
- All orders will include a tracking number. Once the order has been dispatched, customers will receive an email with tracking details.
- Compucore will not be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If an order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- In the event that an order is lost or damaged in transit, customers must notify Compucore within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.
- We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, replace or refund the order in compliance with Australian Consumer Law guidelines.
9. Returns and Refunds
- Our return policy complies with Australian Consumer Law. Customers may return faulty or damaged goods within 30 days of delivery. Note that all Compucore products are Pre-Owned and sold in as-is condition so will not present as new nor purport to be new.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Compucore error (e.g., incorrect item shipped or faulty product).
10. Privacy and Data Protection
- All customer information collected for shipping purposes will be used strictly in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We will not share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., sharing details with the shipping carrier).

- Compucore reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and customers will be notified of any major changes.
